"People Need a Choice" of Pharmacy

“In a democracy, people should have a choice when obtaining medications whether to get them by mail order or at the local pharmacy. I got a drug that needed refrigeration a week after it was supposed to arrive. The ice was not only melted, the packaging was hot. I demanded the drug be returned and obtained the medication from there on from the (local) pharmacy. People need a choice.” - R. Sheets
