Patient Fighting Cancer Is Left Without Medication For A Week

“I am on long term treatment for leukemia that fortunately is an oral medication I take twice daily. Unfortunately, my insurance requires me to get the medication from a specialty pharmacy that mails it. I have now been without my medication for a week, and I still don’t know when I will be able to receive it. All due to incompetence on the pharmacy’s end. I’m so fed up.
